It may look scary — but this was only a test. Members of the volunteer Minnehaha County Emergency Management Rescue Team were only training for an emergency. As part of their monthly training exercises, about 16 members came out to Lake Lorraine Sept. 9 to take part in a simulated recovery mission. The team arrived on scene and set-up as if it were a real emergency.
