Celebrate moments with QBIC Luxury Picnics

Lake Lorraine is the newest Sioux Falls location to dine outside with QBIC Luxury Picnics.

QBIC Luxury Picnics is the brainchild of high school sweethearts Isaac and Sabena Carter. The name combines Isaac’s nickname for Sabena, Queen Bean (QB), and Isaac’s initials (IC).

Their idea to plan a picnic for their 2nd wedding anniversary turned into an opportunity to bring something new to the Sioux Falls area. QBIC Luxury Picnics brings quality time with friends, one-on-one time for couples, and helps celebrate special occasions in the QBIC way.

And the picnics are picturesque! A beautiful, cozy tablescape is laid out at your chosen location and includes a mouthwatering charcuterie board from local partner Cultivated In Love and Boxed Water to quench your thirst. You can bring additional food as well. Add-ons include additional time, games, flowers, Bluetooth speaker, and dessert options. QBIC Luxury Picnics does not offer alcoholic beverages and takes no responsibility for any alcohol consumption or penalties.

Luxury Picnic hours are Monday-Friday, 5-10 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, noon-10 p.m. They are closed on Wednesday.

How to book a picnic:

Check the availability calendar by going to "Reserve Your Spot" at the top of the QBIC website.

Step 1: Schedule Your Date/Time before purchasing your Luxury Picnic package. Click "Reserve Your Spot" and get on the calendar.

Step 2: Purchase your Picnic Package, along with any desired Add-Ons to amplify your experience! You can schedule as far in advance as you would like. They do kindly ask for a minimum of five days' notice before your anticipated gathering to allow preparation.

If a picnic should need to be adjusted because of weather or other circumstances, QBIC will reschedule for a later date or time, bring the picnic indoors or cancel the picnic with a full refund.
