In addition to appearances at the Lake Lorraine Farmers Market, the retail store can be found in the lobby of The Blu on Lorraine apartments and is open to the public. Baking Up A Storm offers locally-roasted coffee beverages and a variety of made-from-scratch treats like cupcakes, sweet breads, kolaches, pies and cheesecakes. You can also find weekly sandwich and soup specials served 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

Lake Lorraine is home to South Dakota's first Dave & Buster's, located on the east side of the lake near Vervent Card and the development’s newest retail center.
Food is available up to 30 minutes before closing and alcoholic beverages can be purchased up to 15 minutes before closing. Happy Hour is Monday-Friday from 4-7 p.m. and features drink specials like half-off all cocktails, $1 off tall draft beers, $1 off glasses of wine and $3 off bottles of wine. On Sunday-Thursday, there’s also late-night Happy Hour from 9 p.m.-close.
