The Lake Lorraine Farmers Market is hosting the Community Bloodmobile at the Thursday, Aug. 29 market.
From 4-7 p.m., the Bloodmobile will be parked on Westlake Drive, just east of the Farmers Market near 32nd Street and Marion Road. Earlier in the day the Bloodmobile will be at Total Card, Inc. on the east side of the lake.

Things are getting sweeter at the Lake Lorraine Farmers Market, with two new vendors joining the mix at the city’s only west side farmers market.
Fresh Farms USA will start Thursday, July 18. They have Georgia peaches and Washington cherries. On Thursday, July 25, Dahlberg Farms will begin selling honey and honey products at the market.
