Check out Lake Living at the Parade of Homes

The Shores on Lake Lorraine are part of the Sioux Empire Home Builders Association Spring Parade of Homes, showing off 2722 S. Oriya Pl. as Feature Home #2 on the parade. The parade is May 10-11 and May 17-18 from 1-5 p.m.

Developed and built by Krumvieda Companies, The Shores is luxury living in the middle of a growing lifestyle center, Lake Lorraine. The luxury twin townhome is modern multi-level home measuring 3,543 square feet with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and an array of distinctive features, including an interior elevator. The fully-finished oversized two-car garage has modern doors and features epoxy floors and in-floor heating. The architectural design of this unique twin home is defined by its classic and contemporary luxury style with intricate details and varied textures spanning from the foundation to the rooflines. The exterior features EIFS brick, wood accents, and black steel balconies and window trim..

“The whole community is planned as a live, eat, work, and play type of development, with access to bike trails, pocket parks, and commercial amenities like restaurants, health care, and groceries. You name it, it’s there,” said Aaron Krumvieda, President of Krumvieda Companies.

The home’s interior includes a mixture of wallpaper and traditional painted millwork and ceilings are profiled with multi-layered crown molding. Ceiling details and white oak floors throughout create a clean and seamless feel. The spacious living and dining areas intertwine, harmonizing with the quartz countertops in the well-appointed kitchen.

Expansive windows usher in an abundance of light and the upper-level tile pedestal patio features a phenomenal view of the lake and surrounding area. Another unique feature of this twin home is that there are no interior bearing walls. Krumvieda Companies built out the shell of the buildings, leaving an open space without interior walls. This allows the homeowner to crete the the indoor living space that is perfect for them. Krumvieda also uses a superior soundwall system that is more than doble the minimum required for sound proofing.

The twin homes are the first unit in the second phase of The Shores development. For more information, stop by the home over the Parade of Homes weekends or contact Krumvieda: 605.929.3700.

If you’re touring the parade homes, socks are required in all homes. Wear slip on shoes that are easily removeable. There are no food or drinks allowed in the homes and no restrooms are available.

There is a $5 cash only entry fee per adult in each of the Featured Homes, including this one at the Shores on Lake Lorraine. Proceeds benefit the Sioux Empire Home Builders Association Care Foundation.
