Meadery and restaurant choose Lake Lorraine for expansion

The north end of Lake Lorraine will see dirt moving this year to welcome the Big Lost Meadery as well as the Ranch & Roost restaurant with an expected opening in first quarter of 2025.

The meadery, which is based in Wyoming, will be located between the Hyatt Place and The Blu on Lorraine. The nearly 9,500-square-foot, two-story project includes a bar, brewery and restaurant on lakefront property at Lake Lorraine. Friessen Development will also finish off some green space to connect to the Lake Walk.
