Chick N Max chooses Lake Lorraine for first Sioux Falls location

A new restaurant chain is coming to South Dakota — and Lake Lorraine’s north side is the first location for Wichita, Kansas-based Chick N Max.

The restaurant will be owned and operated by father and son Brad and Max Reinke who will build three restaurants in Sioux Falls over the next five years.

“Chick N Max’s made-from-scratch menu has something for everyone, with options for those looking to indulge to guests looking for a healthier take on traditional fast-casual chicken offerings,” Max Reinke said. “We’re thrilled to be part of one of the more exciting emerging restaurant brands in the country and can’t wait to introduce Chick N Max’s legendary sandwiches, crispy tenders, smoked wings and more to the local community.”

The stand-alone restaurant features a seating area and drive-thru and will be located on the development’s north side, next to the Hyatt Place hotel. Construction is expected to start this fall with an opening in early 2023.
