Love Marlow to open in November

Love Marlow, a new specialty retail boutique, will open in November at Lake Lorraine in Sioux Falls. The opening date for Love Marlow will be early November in the Marketplace building along Marion Road on the west side of Lake Lorraine.

Owners Stacey and Leslie Malmgren are twins. Opening Love Marlow has been a life-long dream of theirs. The boutique will cater to women sizes 12 to 28. The Malmgrens want everyone to feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.

The name “Love Marlow” holds special significance to the owners.

“’Love’ is how we want our customers to feel about themselves. The name ‘Marlow’ means driftwood,” they said. “As we progress through our lives, we all change — but at the core, we are still the same. In the end, we are all a different version of driftwood. We are so excited to share our love of fashion and clothes with Sioux Falls.”

Mike Van Buskirk, Van Buskirk Companies, is enthusiastic about the diversity of retailers at Lake Lorraine.

“It’s always been our goal to create a lifestyle center that enhances the shopping experience, and Love Marlow is a wonderful addition to our constantly growing list of one-of-a-kind shops that surround the lake,” he said.
