Qdoba Mexican Eats to open at Lake Lorraine

Qdoba Mexican Eats is expanding at Lake Lorraine. This will be the the chain’s fifth location in Sioux Falls. It is expected to open in late 2026 or early 2027. Another restaurant is under construction near 81st Street and Minnesota Avenue that is expected to open later this year.

The chain of fast casual restaurants in the U.S. and Canada serves Mexican-style cuisine. Qdoba is the No. 2 player and No. 1 franchisor of Mexican fast-casual dining in North America.

Qdoba serves burritos made in the San Francisco burrito style and other foods such as tacos, quesadillas, chile con queso and tortilla soup.
