Hyatt Place coming to Lake Lorraine

Developers announced that Hyatt is the hotel brand that will be built on the northwest corner of Lake Lorraine. This is an estimated $7.5 million project and will be 112 rooms, branded as a Hyatt Place.

This will be the first Hyatt in South Dakota and is the second announcement of a hotel to be located at the Lake Lorraine development. An Aloft Hotel will be located on the southeast part of the development. Construction has not yet started on either property.
