Lake Lorraine showcased at ICSC RECON Convention

Jodi Schwan from the Sioux Falls Business Journal caught up with Mike Van Buskirk, Director of Operations at Van Buskirk Companies, at ICSC's RECON convention in Las Vegas.  Mike unveiled some new images for our Lake Lorraine development and gave an update of retailers they are targeting for this development. 

Currently, Van Buskirk and his team are working on leasing the space labeled in yellow on the Master Site Plan, Phase 1.  This area will consist of 200,000 square feet of retail space and be occupied, most likely, by junior box type national retailers.
